Rock n Roll Camera Straps and Bags is more than a small workshop: founder Evris Papanikolas, a Greek director and photographer with over 35 years of experience with DSLR and Leica systems, wanted to create a release button that convinces both functionally and aesthetically. The Soft Release Button in black made of solid brass follows this idea – crafted with precision, clear in design, durable in use.
The release button is screwed into the cable release thread of the camera shutter and enlarges the small contact area of the standard button. This noticeably improves the tactile feel: releasing is smoother, more controlled, and without disturbing pressure peaks. With its design inspired by classic clothing buttons, the Soft Release Button remains unobtrusive but visibly enhances the camera – a functional detail with its own character.
