Only selected and surface-treated "full grain" smooth leather from Argentine cattle was used for the camera strap offered here. "Full grain" or full-grain leather is obtained from the upper layers of the cowhide and is significantly more tear-resistant and denser than the layers below. It allows the unique grain of the cow's skin to be seen in its full naturalness and is much more supple than normal, buffed leather, which has to be smoothed out with a thick layer of paint. However, this camera strap is not only beautiful, but also hard-wearing, since the entire camera strap is traversed by an extremely tear-resistant nylon fabric "Made in the USA", which has been tested for a tensile strength of 113 kg.
