This rope-like camera strap is artistically hand-twisted from 6 individual top grain leather strands in a manufacturing process lasting up to 3 hours and braided around an invisible nylon core. Due to the special laying and braiding technique applied to this leather camera strap, only the top side of the top grain leather is visible along the entire length of the camera strap, unique for this type of leather camera strap. For the camera strap end loops, which hold the specially reinforced split rings for this leather camera strap and serve as the direct connection to the camera, synthetic leather was deliberately chosen instead of real leather because it is much more durable.
