With 35 years of professional experience with DSLR and Leica systems and the desire to find a camera strap that complements a high-end Leica premium camera, he founded his small but exquisite leather workshop, specializing in unique leather shoulder straps for cameras of the highest quality, handcrafted by professional bag makers and belt makers with great attention to detail.
The small camera strap, the sibling of the larger Rock n Roll, is about 5mm narrower, visually perfect for slim system and compact cameras. Seventy individual leather elements made from the finest Greek and Italian full grain leather are connected into a "chain" in this longer leather camera shoulder strap version through a process lasting over an hour, hand-stitched with durable, waxed saddler’s thread, and fitted with two stainless steel split rings. This creates a very durable yet extremely flexible and comfortable camera strap. But the design of the shoulder strap is not only aesthetic; it also offers a practical side effect.
