With more than 35 years of experience with Leica and DSLR systems, as well as the desire to design a camera strap that harmonizes with a high-quality Leica premium camera, he founded this small leather workshop specializing in exceptional designs of the highest quality, handcrafted by professional bag and belt makers with great attention to detail.
The Hendrix camera strap model features a clear, angular design language and visually fits perfectly with modern compact and system cameras. It consists of 64 hand-cut elements made from the finest Italian full grain leather, which are hand-stitched in a process lasting more than an hour using durable and waxed saddle thread to create a very resilient yet extremely flexible and comfortable camera strap. Additionally, the individual leather elements also serve as "shock absorbers" to absorb sudden impacts or weight loads, making even heavy camera lens combinations more comfortable to carry. Two X-shaped central pieces further stabilize the camera strap.
