Not only for fans of angular design but for anyone looking for a camera shoulder strap with a distinctive design and artisanal perfection made from high-quality materials, the "The Hendrix" leather camera strap from the Cypriot leather manufacturer Rock n Roll Camera Straps and Bags, designed by the Greek professional photographer and director Evris Papanikolas, is just the right choice. With his more than 35 years of experience with Leica and DSLR systems and the desire to design a camera shoulder strap inspired by a high-quality Leica premium camera, he founded his small leather workshop, specializing in unique designs of the highest quality, handcrafted by professional leatherworkers and belt makers with great attention to detail.
The Hendrix camera shoulder strap model features a clear, angular design language and visually matches modern compact and system cameras perfectly. It consists of 52 hand-cut elements made from the finest Italian full grain leather, which are hand-stitched in a process lasting over an hour using durable and waxed saddle thread to create a very resilient yet extremely flexible and comfortable camera shoulder strap. Furthermore, the individual leather elements also serve as "shock absorbers" that absorb sudden impacts or weight loads, making even heavier camera lens combinations more comfortable to carry. Two X-shaped central pieces additionally stabilize the leather camera strap.
