Over 35 years of professional experience with Leica and DSLR systems and the desire to design a camera strap that corresponds with a high-quality Leica premium camera culminated in the founding of his small leather workshop, specializing in unique leather camera strap designs of the highest quality, handcrafted by professional leatherworkers and belt makers with great attention to detail.

The Hendrix camera strap model features a clear, angular design language, visually perfectly suited to modern compact and system cameras. 52 hand-cut elements, made from the finest Greek and Italian full grain leather, are connected into a "chain" in this shorter leather camera strap version through a process lasting over an hour, hand-stitched with durable and waxed saddler’s thread, and fitted with two rust-free split rings. This creates a very durable, yet extremely flexible and comfortable camera strap. But the leather camera strap construction is not only purely design-driven; it offers a comfortable side effect. The individual leather elements absorb sudden shocks or weight loads on your camera, similar to a "shock absorber," making even heavier camera and lens combinations more relaxed to carry. Two X-shaped central pieces additionally stabilize the leather camera strap.
